The Bentley Mulsanne is as large as sedans come. It’s regal in shape but eventually colour and wheel choices dictate if you’ll see one as classy or sporty. Permutations and combinations for interior colours and materials run into the hundreds too but irrespective of the look you decide upon, what you are guaranteed is an exquisitely finished cabin. As for space, there’s lots of it and that’s talking of the standard-wheelbase model. The extended-wheelbase version goes one up, with even more rear legroom and the comfort of individual rear seats that are optional on the standard car. The options list is long and each tick can drive up the price by a considerable amount. Not that a Mulsanne buyer would be too bothered by the petty matter of price.<br>The Bentley Mulsanne is remarkably quiet on the go and ride comfort is excellent too, though the sportier Mulsanne Speed isn’t quite as cosseting as the others.
